Texas Water Lawyer & Texas Water Rights Attorney Trey Wilson wrote:

Congratulations to our Client, Bexar County Water Control & Improvement District #10, for receiving the TCEQ's Outstanding Public Drinking Water System Award for 2012.   Each year, the Award is given to only 2 of the thousands of public water utilities in Texas, so it is quite an accomplishment.

BCWCID #10 was secretly nominated for the award by a customer, and received the Award by surprise!
